Provide us with some basic information about the employee, and we will do the rest.

Once a request has been received, it will be assigned to a local Agent in the area where the employee is located.

The employee will receive a text message providing them with the name, and phone number of the Agent and the employee information will be shared with our Agent.

The Agent and employee will work together to select a date time and location to meet.

Once at the appointment, the Agent will review the IDs provided and work with the employees to ensure Sections 1 and 2 of the I9 are completed properly.

Once the I9 is completed the Agent will collect the I9 as well as ID copies and securely upload them to N3.

A team member will review the I9 to make sure it has been filled out correctly before making it available to your team as a pdf download through your online account.

Throughout the process, our team monitors your request to ensure that the I9 is completed correctly and on time. While our online system provides real-time updated and tools to make the remote I9 process simple, compliant and secure.
