We want you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from N3. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you receive let us know and we will refund your service fee plus an additional 10%.

This guarantee is subject to the N3 terms of use agreement.

Please note that Notarial acts are not subject to this guarantee, as both the Notary Public and the Notarial act are subject to rules and laws set forth by state and local Government.

N3's Loan Closing services that are paid through escrow are not subject to this guarantee.
